Welcome to PrioExpress. By using our mobile application and website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided
PrioExpress is an on-demand delivery platform that currently provides:

Food Delivery: From partner restaurants and cafes.

Pharmacy Delivery: Delivery of over-the-counter and prescription medicines (prescription may be required).

Grocery Delivery: From local grocery stores and supermarkets.

Please Note: Ride-sharing and parcel services are currently not available and will be notified once launched.

2. User Eligibility and Account
To use our services, you must be at least 16 years old or under supervision.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

You agree to provide accurate information (Name, Phone Number, and Address) to ensure successful delivery.

3. Ordering and Delivery
Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to availability at the vendor's end (Restaurant/Pharmacy/Shop).

Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed due to traffic, weather, or vendor delays.

Delivery Address: It is your responsibility to provide a precise address. Our delivery partner will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes at your location.

4. Pricing and Payment
Cash on Delivery (COD): Currently, PrioExpress only accepts Cash on Delivery. You must pay the full amount (Order value + Delivery fee) to the delivery partner upon receiving the items.

No Online Payment: We do not currently accept credit/debit cards or mobile banking (bKash/Nagad) through the app.

Delivery Fees: Fees are calculated based on distance and service type, which will be shown before you confirm the order.

5. Pharmacy/Medicine Orders
For prescription-only medicines, you must upload a valid prescription from a registered doctor.

PrioExpress is a delivery provider only; we are not responsible for any side effects or medical issues arising from the products delivered.

6. Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled within 2 minutes of placement. Once the vendor starts preparing the order, cancellation is not allowed.

Refunds: Since we operate on a COD basis, if a product is missing or damaged, please contact our support immediately at the time of delivery.

7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:

Use the app for any illegal purposes or to order prohibited items.

Provide false information or impersonate others.

Interfere with the operation of the app or website.

8. Limitation of Liability
PrioExpress acts as an intermediary between the customer and the vendor. We are not responsible for the quality, taste, or hygiene of the food or products provided by third-party vendors.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes implies your consent to the updated terms.
